I am Dominique, founder of One Bored Traveler, a veteran-owned budget travel brand based in Atlanta. For more than 9 years I have planned budget trips that do not feel cheap, and I now post daily flight deals and full trip cost breakdowns for a community of more than 4,100 on Instagram, plus Facebook and Threads.
I am fully independent. I work for the client, not a brand or a quota. My job is to help you get anywhere in the world for the best price possible and create priceless travel memories, whatever your travel experience.

It is not low effort, and it is not cutting corners. It is disciplined work: comparing the real price of a trip across every platform until the best one wins. The prices you see on Expedia, Priceline, and the rest can look like savings, especially on bundled deals, but hidden fees quietly push the total higher than you planned. I do that hard browsing for you and take the anxiety out of booking, so the price you plan around is the price you actually pay.
And budget is not a limit on the trip itself. I can build any trip you want, luxury included. You set the budget, and I make everything you want fit inside it.
Trip planning (for travelers)
Want it planned for you? I do 1:1 trip planning via DM and phone/video calls, and every trip is built around you: your dates, your budget, and how you like to travel.
- Flight planning: $25 per person. I find the route, the airport switches worth making, and the fare worth booking, then send you the full details so you can book with confidence.
- Flight planning is $25 per person, so a simple domestic trip for two runs $50 in flight planning. Full service starts at $100 per trip.
- Full service from $100 per trip. Flights, bookings, and a full day by day itinerary, handled for you.
One simple price, agreed before we start. It covers the tools I use to find what actually works for your trip, and it stays the same no matter how long the search takes. You see the full cost of your trip before anything is booked. No surprises, ever.
